Sabra Dipping Company wanted to promote their new flavors with a Mediterranean flair on the south end of Union Square Park in NYC. Instead of a an ice cream truck handing out samples of humus and new flavor toppings, we conceived, designed and staged a Mediterranean Café themed with a branded tent, a vinyl graphic of beach, water and waves with palm trees and fountains and café tables and chairs. We designed and built three European style ice cream carts for the sampling of 12 toppings. The company wanted us to distribute 10,000 samples in six hours. We ran 30 teams within a 20 block area.
